New to Fitmaxxing? This is the shortest path from where you are now to a plan that actually works — whether you're 150kg or already lean.
There are two people this site is for. Work out which one you are, then go to the right place.
You are overweight and you want to be lean
You've probably tried before. You've probably been told to eat a bit less, move a bit more, and be patient. If you are 120kg, 140kg, 150kg, that advice is not just slow — it is wrong for your situation, and following it costs you years.
Mark started at 152kg. He is 90kg now. He did not get there on a small deficit and good intentions.
Go to: the fat loss method → then the blog → then the Skool group when you want people around you doing the same thing.
You are lean and you want to be strong
Maybe you did the fat loss already. Maybe you were never heavy. Either way you are now in the frustrating middle — you look alright, you are not weak, but you are nowhere near strong.
David handles this side. His standard for "strong" is not the one you'll find on most fitness sites, and that is deliberate.
Go to: the strength method → then the blog.
What this site is not
- It is not general wellness content. We do one narrow thing.
- It is not moderate. Our methods are deliberately more aggressive than what you'll read elsewhere, because moderate approaches fail the people we work with.
- It is not medical advice. We are not doctors and we do not pretend to be. If you have a medical condition or take medication, speak to your GP before changing how you eat or train.
The honest version
Everything we publish on this blog is free to read, and we don't hold the useful parts back for the paid side. We write it that way because being genuinely useful is a better business than being mysterious.
The Skool group and the coaching are both paid. We'd rather tell you that here than have you find out after clicking. If you only ever read the blog and never pay us anything, that is a completely fine outcome.
